The handle is extended back toward the user to provide the most comfortable pushing position and to help keep user's feet from hitting the back of the deck.Pull mode - The handle is tilted allowing truck to be pulled like a wagon.Dolly mode - The handle fold flush with surface of deck allowing truck to be used as a dolly. Cargo stays flat and secure on the deck and does not come in contact with handle.
