It’s handcrafted by The Troutman Chair Co. in the USA with artisans who truly care about quality. Designed to be handed down as an heirloom it features a traditional arched ladder back a contoured seat and Swelled Joint Construction that uses NO GLUE or harsh chemicals. The joints actually get tighter with time and the notched dowels make it nearly impossible to be pulled out. Item shown in Deluxe Red. See the color swatches above for additional colors. You’ll appreciate the craftsmanship and detail that goes into this chair. Troutman Chair Co. established in 1924 uses sturdy oak stock from local loggers as they clear land for developing subdivisions and does not cut trees just to make furniture. The logs are brought to the on-site mills to ensure quality control and a link to their time-honored way of doing things. Ships partially assembled. Recommended for 2 years and up.
