This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp. In addition the ergonomically designed handle stays cool and both the pan and handle are oven-safe up to 500° F.The Traditional Fry Pan is available in 8-inch 10-inch and 10.25-inch sizes and all are available for induction cook tops.
