The new stay-on cases are developed specially to optimally protect the ATS/STS 80 telescope. They hug the apparatus so that the telescope is optimally embedded in the case. It will not rub or slip in the cover. The telescope is perfectly protected from any nudges or jolts when travelling and in the thick of field action. Despite weighing only 125 grams the jolt and shock absorbing properties are highly developed. Even if the unit is dropped on the ground there will be no scratches or dents to the rubber casing. The stay-on cases are ergonomical and functional in design which are guaranteed to be extremely quick and smooth to use. A special 360 degree zip fastening system means that the stay-on case can be mounted on the apparatus and removed again in just a few seconds. The eyepiece and lens caps can also be moved to the side quickly fixed there or completely removed with zip fasteners. The opening width of the eyepiece protection cap can be adapted to suit individual needs perfectly. Even with the stay-on case in place the telescope retains its full function with a sufficiently large opening for the focus wheel. The stay-on case in no way restricts the focus or the magnification adjustment. The finish of the stay-on case bears all the marks of the high quality you come to expect with Swarovski products. All edges are sewn in and protected. The sewn hanging loops provide optimum comfort as they can be hung from the hard-wearing and softly cushioned belt.
