The Schwab Series 5000 - Fire-Resistant - 1-Side Tab and 1-Drawer Lateral Filing Cabinet is constructed of fire-resistant materials and features patented Insulate fire protection insulation. This cabinet features one laterally accessible shelf and one laterally accessible drawer. Both sections will hold legal- and letter-size documents. Both sections feature recessed handles and the shelf unit has a fully retractable door that swings up and out of the way. Resistant to impact and fire and featuring secure locks this cabinet is ideal for use in the healthcare industry where documents need to be secured for long periods of time. L.) test the product by heating it up to 1700 degrees (most fires reach 800 degrees) over the course of an hour then cooling it over several days. The interior temperature must remain at or below 125 degrees. This product meets or exceeds all tests for heat impact and water resistance.
