Putnam Hitch 17K Inverted Fifth Wheel

If you have a gooseneck trailer and need to convert it to a fifth wheel this system is the solution. This inverted Fifth Wheel by Putnam Hitch is designed to work in conjunction with the Putnam Lock & Load Underbed Gooseneck Hitch. If you have a Lock & Load system the conversion process is quick and easy. This lightweight system offers more convenience and flexibility than other combo hitches. The system includes a Firehawk II fifth wheel head and head adaptor that attaches to a gooseneck trailer. These components can remain attached to your trailer as needed. Remove the hitch ball from the underbed Lock & Load and insert the kingpin adaptor plate into the hitch ball hole which then locks in place. Now you can use the fifth wheel for normal towing.
