This handy device attaches quickly and easily to any KitchenAid stand mixer and allows you to make flour from any non-oily grain - wheat rye rice barley you name it! Now you can make bread and other baked goods using your very own handmade ingredients. The mill can process up to 10 cups of grain at a time making large jobs a snap. A convenient knob allows you to adjust the consistency of the product from fine to coarse. As a reminder: this attachment is not dishwasher-safe. Wash by hand if necessary; otherwise use the included brush to clean.
