The Kitchen Aid Grain Mill Attachment is perfect for making your own flour from low-moisture non-oily grains. This durable grain mill attachment greatly expands your stand mixer's flexibility. This grain mill attachment can process 1.25 to 1.5 cups of flour at a time but no more than 10 cups of flour in one sitting without allowing the attachment to rest for 45 minutes in between. It is compatible with any Kitchen Aid stand mixer. A brush for cleaning is included as well as some handy tips and recipes.
