The hard anodization process and three-layer Extreme finish makes the griddle's surface incredibly abrasion-resistant stick-resistant and easy to clean. The generous size fits any rangetop and is large enough to accommodate whole meals. The perimeter grease gutter siphons grease away from food for lighter healthier cooking. Convenient side handles include hanging holes for easy storage. To preserve the functionality and appearance of the Extreme Griddle use only nylon or wooden utensils and soak in hot water before washing. Only non-abrasive sponges and cleaners should be used.
