This pressure cooker works on all heat sources and provides a high-pressure setting (15 PSI 250 degrees) a low-pressure setting (5 PSI 225 degrees) and a gourmet steam-only setting.A fully integrated stainless steel pressure-control valve has a color indicator that monitors pre-selected cooking pressure. Easy and uncomplicated operation provides maximum convenience and safety. Other safety features include a locking handle and a pressure-release position which allows for slow pressure release or steam-only cooking. A visual indicator pops up or retracts to indicate the pressure level in the cooker. The Duo Pressure Cooker is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. Made in Spain. UL-approved.
