The extra-large filtration mechanism provides proper water flow well past the recommended replacement cycle.How to Install and Replace Your Curtis Water FilterUnpack the system. The filter comes complete with a cartridge and head with mounting bracket.Locate space for the filter installation. For wall mounting allow 2 inches of space beneath the filter so that you can remove the cartridge later.Make a connection to the feed head using 3/8-inch Male NPT connectors. Do not over-tighten the connectors.Install the cartridge into the head. Simply line up the posts in the filter head with the grooves on the cartridge then push upward into the head and close with a quarter-turn.
